Le modèle AX-SXR reprend le principe des baies amovibles développé par Middle Atlantic en y ajoutant une fonction rotative rendant les interventions de maintenance plus aisées.
Comme les baies amovibles, le modèle pivotant permet une intégration aisée dans différentes configurations (mur, meuble…).
Les racks AX-SXR-xx pouront être positionnés au niveau du sol ou à une hauteur plus élevée, Middle Atlantic mettant à disposition 3 interfaces de support des rails de maintenance (TRACK 31) allant de 90 mm à 1016 mm (TS310,TS1022 ou TS1640).
La profondeur est de 508 mm, les hauteurs disponibles en Unités rack (1 U = 44,5 mm) allant de 15 à 43 U.
Le support de câbles arrières est fixe (voir shéma) et permet une meilleure mobilité des câbles.
La baie technique AX-SXR pourra supporter jusqu’à 200 Kg de charge (si répartition des poids respectée).
Pour compléter le montage de cette baie technique, les étagères universelles de la série U ou les modèles « customisés » RSH pourront être utilisées. Il en va de même pour l’ensemble des faces de bouchages, supports câbles arrières, supports medias ou encore vis de fixation.
The AX-SXR Series pulls out from an in-wall installation and is similar to an AXS Series, but unlike the AXS, it also turns once pulled out to provide greater access to equipment in more cramped areas. Specify an AX-SXR when installing audio and video equipment flush into a wall or cabinet; ideal for larger systems.Patented EIA compliant 19” slide-out equipment rack for millwork installation shall be Middle Atlantic Products model #AXS-15. Rack shall have 15 useable rackspaces, overall height of 30-15/16”, and a useable depth of 20”. Rough-in millwork dimensions shall have a minimum depth of 22-1/2” with a 1/2” setback, overall width of 19-1/4” and a weight capacity of 650 lbs.
Patented EIA compliant 19″ roll-out equipment rack for millwork installation shall be Middle Atlantic Products model # AX-SXR-15. Rack shall have 15 useable rackspaces, overall height of 33″, and a useable depth of 20″. Rough-in millwork useable frame depth for installed components shall be from 25-1/2″ to 27-1/2″ depending on setback from millwork, and rack shall have a weight capacity of 450 lbs.
Rack shall be constructed of the following materials: top, base, caster brackets, roller base, and horizontal braces shall be 13-gauge steel with black powder coat finish, rack uprights shall be 11-gauge steel rackrail with tapped 10-32 mounting holes in universal EIA spacing. Rackrail shall be finished in black e-coat with marked rackspaces, top and bottom trim / locking panels shall lock AX-SXR in closed position and be 11-gauge aluminum with a black brushed and anodized finish.
Rack top shall have openings to accept up to 2 fans, model # AXS-FAN (one fan) or AXS-FAN-K (two fans). Service tracks and stands shall be constructed of a 13-gauge steel frame with an aluminum extrusion. Service tracks for AX-SXR shall be model # TRACK31 with a 31″ track length and 31″ rack frame extension depth. Service stand shall be model # TRACKL (for 2-1/4” – 3-1/4” mounting height off floor), TS310 (for 3″ – 11″ mounting height off floor), TS1022 (for 10″ – 22″ mounting height off floor) and TS1640 (for 16″ – 40″ mounting height off floor).
AX-SXR shall be GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality Certified for Children and Schools. AX-SXR shall be RoHS EU Directive 2002/95/EC compliant. Rack shall be manufactured by an ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 registered company. Rack shall be warrantied to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 3 years.
